NOTES ON THIS 3" CD SINGLE:
The Monkees were apparently America's answer to the Beatles? So they are nowhere as good, but songs like "Last Train To Clarksville" were enjoyable.
Arista Records also jumped on the CD3 singles bandwagon by releasing lots of old classics in the then new 3 inch singles format under the Flashback Into the Future banner. Their packaging however left a lot to be desired as it was difficult to remove the CD from its long cardboard sleeve with the bottom half being perforated so that you could tear off the mini sleeve.
